Our Medium Fruity Picual is born in the organic olive groves of Arjonilla (Jaén), where our family has cultivated olive trees for seven generations with the same commitment to quality and respect for the land.

Its more balanced profile makes it a versatile organic EVOO, designed to accompany you every day in the kitchen without sacrificing the quality, freshness, and personality of an early harvest oil.

Each campaign begins with an early harvest, when the olive retains its maximum aromatic and antioxidant richness.

The extraction is carried out cold, using a two-phase continuous system without adding water, preserving the natural compounds of the oil. Afterwards, the oil is decanted, filtered, and stored in tanks protected from light and oxygen until bottling.

Every step is designed so that the oil reaches your table exactly as it left the mill.
