Our Intensely Fruity Picual is born in the organic olive groves of Arjonilla (Jaén), where our family has cultivated olive trees for seven generations with the same commitment to quality and respect for the land.

We harvest the olives early and mill them the same day to preserve all the freshness, intensity, and personality of the Picual variety. The result is an organic EVOO with a vibrant, complex, and nuanced profile.

Each campaign begins with an early harvest, when the olive preserves its maximum aromatic and antioxidant richness.

The extraction is carried out cold, using a continuous two-phase system without adding water, preserving the natural compounds of the oil. Afterwards, the oil is decanted, filtered, and stored in tanks protected from light and oxygen until bottling.

Every step is designed so that the oil reaches your table exactly as it came out of the oil mill.

Aroma

Intense green fruitiness with notes of freshly cut grass, tomato plant and artichoke, accompanied by delicate hints of green banana, fennel and thyme.

Taste

Fresh and balanced entry, with an elegant bitterness and pungency, typical of an early harvest. Its finish is long, clean and persistent.
