Our Picolimón Fruity Intense is born in the organic olive groves of Arjonilla (Jaén), where our family has cultivated olive trees for seven generations with the same commitment to quality and respect for the land.

The Picolimón is a very rare variety that stands out for its elegance and delicacy. The result is an organic EVOO of great aromatic complexity, with a fresh, silky, and surprisingly balanced profile.

Each campaign begins with an early harvest, when the olive retains its maximum aromatic and antioxidant richness.

The extraction is carried out cold, using a two-phase continuous system without adding water, preserving the natural compounds of the oil. Afterwards, the oil is decanted, filtered, and stored in tanks protected from light and oxygen until it is bottled.

Every step is designed so that the oil reaches your table exactly as it left the oil mill.

Intensely fruity with delicate notes of citrus, fresh fruit, and banana, accompanied by elegant hints of green apple, chamomile, vanilla, and wild berries.

Palate

Smooth and silky entry, with a very balanced bitterness and pungencythat respect the delicate character of the variety and leave a fresh, harmonious, and elegant finish.
